Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Organic Roots. We carefully package each order and aim to get your products to you as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after your order is placed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During product launches, sales, holidays, or other periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or Fed Ex depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Organic Roots is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package appears to be delayed, please use the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation to check its status.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Organic Roots takes care to package orders securely. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the damaged package and products.

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier. We will do our best to assist, but Organic Roots cannot guarantee replacement of packages that are confirmed as delivered.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

If you realize that you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make corrections before your order ships.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

International Shipping

At this time, Organic Roots ships within the United States only.
